About Us

The tandem group started in 2006 in Berlin and it has often gatherings ever since. in 2009 the first website was created for the group in Berlin, so the events could be alwas shown. Since the beggining I have tried to programm it in a way that would give it more than one use. not just for the Tandem groups but also as a meeting platform, make friends and above all practice German and Spanish. It is also for new people in the city or just for people that wants to learn new languages and cultures.

In Intercambiando there is a small group of volunteers that have an interest in the cultural and language exchange. Thanks to Sebastian and Jaume in Berlin, Imna and Lean in Palma de Mallorca and many others that give us their time in other cities to mae it possible to keep organizing gatherings.

The website is a one-person work and I develop it as a hobby on my own time. Therefore I apologize for the Bugs. I wish you all a lot of fun and please do get the best out of this page.
